Fried Soup

This recipe came to pass the way many of my recipes did.  I didn’t have enough of any one thing to make what I wanted, so I took a little of several things and came up with a keeper.  It is one of my favorite side dishes.

2 potatoes chunked

1 large onion diced

1 squash sliced

10 – 15 pods okra sliced

Fry potatoes for approximately 5 minutes.  While waiting, dice and slice remaining veggies and coat with either corn meal or flour.  Add to potatoes and continue cooking until all veggies are brown.  MMMMMMMMMMM good eating!
