Squash…and other things

Being from Texas, we have a wonderful variety of fresh veggies in the summer time.  This recipe is actually Adam’s, but I ripped it off and now it is mine.  Or will be when I give him credit one more time.  I steal from the best!

2 straight necked yellow squash – cut in have lengthwise and sliced

4 -5 brocolli flourettes

4 slices onion – separated

1 clove garlic – minced

4 -5 large mushrooms – sliced

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Saute in butter *  

*At about 1/2 way point Adam adds about 1/2 cup white wine to the veggies and reduces.  I don’t because… I’M A REDNECK.
