Breakfast Casserole

This recipe came from my Aunt Bev.  Every year we have a family camping trip and each family will bring something to help provide for a meal.  The last camping trip my aunt made this.  It is awesome.  I haven’t personally made it but hers was really good.  We are not much on breakfast around here so normally we make stuff like this for dinner.  And this recipe could be changed around in so many ways to make it different.

6 slices bread
1 pound sausage
6 to 8 eggs
2 cups of cheese graded

Lay the bread in a baking dish. Crumble and brown the sausage and sprinkle over the bread.  Then pour the beaten eggs over the bread and sausage.  Sprinkle the cheese over the top.  Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until the eggs are cooked.

This recipe can be seasoned anyway you like.
