7-Up Cake

This recipe came from Allyssa’s mom.  It tastes excellent and is not a sweet cake, but is very moist.

2 Sticks of Margarine
½ Cup Crisco
3 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Vanilla
7 Oz. 7-Up
Cream margarine and Crisco.  Add sugar a little at a time and beat until fluffy.  Add eggs one at a time and then flour.  Blend in vanilla and 7-up.  Pour into greased and floured tube pan.  Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
