Grilled Garlic and Lime Chicken



Mark was checking out the Pace web site and seen their Garlic & Lime Verde salsa and suggested this recipe.  It’s simple and tastes great, and this is how we made it:

2 Chicken breast
1 jar of Pace Garlic & Lime Verde salsa

Put the chicken in a Ziplock bag and pour the salsa into the bag and let it marinate all day.  A couple of hours would work, but we let it marinate all day.   Fire up the grill and when it gets nice and hot put the chicken on it and put a little bit of the sauce on the chicken.  We didn’t want to waste any of the sauce, but since it had raw chicken it, I poured the remaining sauce in a small sauce pan and brought it to a boil and simmered it while the chicken was cooking.  When the chicken is cooked through, pour the remaining sauce over  it.  Serve with your favorite side dish.
