Grandma Kenley’s Fudge Pie

Mix together the following:

2 cups sugar

5 tablespoons cocoa

3/4 cups flour

Add the following and mix until blended:

1 1/4 cups evaporated milk

1/2 cup corn syrup

1/4 cup butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until done (about 1 hour). Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

    You don’t need a deep dish pie shell for this. It’s thin and a taste of heaven. As far as I know it is the only recipe of hers that survived.
